Fynn Monshausen has been driving digital transformation in the insurance industry for over ten years. As a division head at BarmeniaGothaer, he develops innovative sales models with a consistent focus on user experience.


Stefan Bieri is a digital transformation expert with an Executive MBA and more than 15 years of experience. At Schweizerische Post (Swiss Post), he has led large-scale projects such as the cloud migration of the 30-year-old BSI application and chairs expert committees. An AI enthusiast at heart, he connects the dots between CRM, agility, and AI with genuine passion.


Dieter Lehmeyer has been working in customer service at M-net since 1999. His focus is on customer-centric service strategies, enhancing self-service capabilities, and 24/7 availability. He considers himself a driving force behind high customer satisfaction and solutions with a high first-call resolution rate.


Markus Brunold started his professional career as a software engineer and assumed responsibility for complex national and international customer projects at an early stage. He has been BSI Software’s CEO since 2014. What drives his work is one guiding question: how companies can harness technology with full data sovereignty to build customer relationships that last.


Dr. Barbara Studer is a neuroscientist as well as the co-founder and CEO of Hirncoach AG, an award-winning start-up with hybrid programs for mental fitness & health. She is a researcher and lecturer at the University of Bern and is also a bestselling author, speaker, musician, and recognized science communicator.


Olav Lenz is responsible for the development of the BSI Customer Suite. His focus is on bringing people, processes and technologies into harmony – always with the customer at the core. He is driven by finding ways to boost efficiency, apply artificial intelligence in meaningful ways, and create seamless connections. He is especially looking forward to engaging directly at the Customer Summit – to gain fresh impulses and develop new ideas together.


Chris Rusche studied physics and started working at BSI as an intern more than 30 years ago. As one of the earliest team members, he played a key role in shaping BSI’s core values. In 2004, Chris stepped into the company’s top leadership role. After ten rewarding years as CEO, Chris Rusche joined the Board of Directors in 2014.
