When you register for the BSI Customer Summit 2026, the following data are processed: personal information (first name, last name, company), contact/communication data (email address). The processing of your data is for the purpose of your participation and communication before and after the BSI Customer Summit 2026 or for the subsequent provision of topic‑related content. By registering for the BSI Customer Summit 2026 you consent to the data processing. If no further interaction occurs between you as a participant and BSI, the mentioned data are used for no other purpose and are deleted after 90 days.


3. Processing Your Data for On‑site Participation

The BSI Customer Summit 2026 will be documented with photos and video. Photos and videos may be used for publications, e.g., social media. If you do not agree, please inform the respective photographer or videographer on site.


4. Processing Your Data for Online Participation

Participation in the online event BSI Customer Summit 2026 is not anonymous. The online event will be available to all participants after the event via a replay function for four weeks. We reserve the right to make the recording publicly available. In that case, visible participant data will be anonymized.


PROCESSING YOUR DATA WHEN REQUESTING AN ON‑DEMAND ACCESS TO THE RECORDINGS

When you request on‑demand access to the recordings of the Customer Summit, the following (contact) data are processed: first name, last name, company, and email address. We reserve the right to contact you in the future in the context of the Customer Summit and our products and services using these contact details. If no further interaction with BSI occurs, your data will be deleted from our system after 180 days.


5. Disclosure of Your Data to Third Parties

We do not disclose data that allow us to identify you directly to third parties. However, usage data may be processed by third parties on our behalf (service providers).


We share your personal data with our partner agency (Airmeet Inc.; https://www.airmeet.com/hub/privacy-policy/), which supports us in organizing the BSI Customer Summit 2026. They may use the data solely for providing the online event. This partner agency is contractually obligated to ensure the privacy and security of your data.


Our websites may also contain links to third‑party internet offerings that are beyond our control and not covered by this privacy notice. If you follow such links to other websites, the operators of those sites may collect information about you and process it according to their own privacy policies.
